Historic Guided Bike Tour on a Mountain Bike

Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Clarion – Little Toby Rail Trail while learning about the history of the lumber industry, historic railways, ghost towns and more in this beautiful part of the Pennsylvania Wilds. This trip is a flat trail, 18 miles in length, and is composed of crushed gravel surface. It will take approximately 5 hours to complete. It is an easy ride, completely surrounded by lush Forest, with many miles of it following the Clarion River.

Each trip will include transportation for you and your bike from our store to the Brockway trail head (approx. 1/2 hour drive), and a very knowledgeable historical guide. You are welcome to bring your own bike, or rent one from us for an additional fee of just $10.

Payment & cancellation policy: All trips must be paid in full upon booking. Trips may be cancelled by Country Squirrel Outfitters if there is rain or thunderstorms expected.  If Country Squirrel Outfitters cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your trip, in order to receive a full refund, trip must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance. If cancelled within 2 days of booking, you will receive a partial refund (50%). Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will not be eligible for any refund. Please call the store at 814-776-6285 for cancellation.

When booking, please select the date by clicking the calendar, then enter each person separately with their corresponding bike/no bike option from the drop down box. Each person will need to be booked separately.

PLEASE NOTE: If we do not get at least 4 people signed up for the ride, Country Squirrel Outfitters will cancel the ride, and a full refund will be given to the customer. If you have a larger group, additional dates can be accommodated, and we will give you a special group rates. This applies to groups of 6 or more.
